Snowy River Caravans has announced a delicious new partnership, welcoming MasterChef Australia finalist Rhiannon Anderson as its newest brand ambassador.
Known for her vibrant tropical flavours and down-to-earth warmth, Rhiannon became a fan favourite during Season 15 of MasterChef Australia and recently returned to the screen for Season 17 Back to Win. Now, she’s taking her culinary skills on the road, travelling full-time with her husband Dean and daughter Monique in a Snowy River SRC-21S.
After nearly two decades of camping in tents, the family has embraced a new level of comfort. “We figured it was time for a bit of luxury,” Rhiannon said. “The space, the kitchen layout, the big dining area… we love everything about our van.”
Rhiannon’s new YouTube series Rhiplenish on the Road premieres this month, showcasing simple, flavour-packed recipes made from her caravan kitchen. Each episode features a different location and dish, highlighting fresh, local ingredients and the joys of cooking on the move. From pulled pork tacos with pineapple-jalapeño salsa to her popular coral trout wontons, Rhiannon’s food celebrates both place and plate.
Along the way, the family will water-ski, visit farmers’ markets, meet local producers, and explore the best of Australia’s regional communities, from Townsville to Tasmania and beyond.
