In the early years, I was so busy running my business seven days a week that I virtually missed my daughter's early years!

I can only recommend you take the time to make family memories with a beautiful Nova Family Escape Signature Series caravan. We got to play with the popular 20-8C, just one of the seven Family Escape layouts offering plenty of options to suit every wandering clan.  With Nova, the family comes first!

The Signature Series 20-8C is a masterclass blending strength, capability, and luxurious mobile living with eye-catching design. Boasting an impressive 6.76-meter length and generous head height, this van offers ample internal space that feels homely and spacious, even with the whole clan on board.

Home Away from Home

Built to tackle any touring challenge, the Nova is a well-crafted haven that provides all the comforts of home – and then some! Every great construction starts with a solid foundation, and the Nova's 6" chassis and A-frame deliver the goods. The underside is meticulously presented, with top-notch plumbing, welding, and electrical work that's well-shrouded to prevent issues on the road.

The tandem rocker suspension and 16" wheels and tires provide impressive ground clearance and surprisingly good entry and departure angles. Plus, the AL-KO ESC towing stability system adds an extra layer of safety. The drawbar and towing components are thoughtfully designed, featuring twin 9kg gas bottles and a mesh infill in the A-frame for storing soiled or wet gear.

Families will appreciate the power and water storage, including: - twin 95-liter water tanks - grey water tank for environmentally sensitive areas, and 2 x 105Amp batteries securely mounted under the chassis The batteries can be topped up via the 240-volt inlets, Anderson Plug vehicle connection, twin 170W solar panels with regulator, and a DC to DC charger. The one-piece fibreglass construction for the roof and walls guarantees longevity and eliminates the risk of water ingress, providing peace of mind for years to come.

The visual impact is impressive, with attractive decals in a range of optional colours complemented by gunmetal checker plate surrounds for added protection.

Step inside to find a world of luxury designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The colours, finishes, textures, and selection of appliances and accessories are exceptionally inviting, as is the layout. This Signature Series has forward entry leading directly to the island-style Queen bed up front, with loads of storage under, plus plenty of wardrobe, drawer, and cabinetry, including individual knick-knack nooks, reading lights, and a padded bed head.

On the kerb, or entry side, you'll find a stylish café-style dinette with beautifully upholstered seating (leather optional) and a fully adjustable table, perfect for relaxing and socializing. Opposite the dinette is a comprehensive kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner stove with grill and oven, including one electric element, plus a range hood and microwave.

A large window above the stainless steel sink and preparation area floods the space with natural light. The kitchen also features a laminate insert on top of the stove, creating additional bench space that's both attractive and functional. Ample storage is provided through a range of metal drawers and utility storage. A 184L SES Thetford fridge/freezer ensures everyone stays fed and refreshed on long hauls and extended campsite holidays.

Kid Friendly Features

Moving towards the rear, you'll find a pair of good-sized bunks, perfect for kids or teenagers. The lower bunk offers ample storage underneath, while the rear wall features a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe and cabinets. I often find the bunks to be terrific flat space storage, even when only travelling as a couple.

The ensuite is a lovely surprise. It boasts a large and inviting fully molded shower, a vanity with dressing mirror, and a well-ventilated toilet. The ensuite is surprisingly spacious and accommodating, even for larger adults.

Overhead, the single-span roof features a variety of hatches and vents for excellent airflow and a pair of Sirocco fans for circulation. You will appreciate the low-line air conditioner and insulated windows that ensure the caravan remains comfortable in all climatic conditions, plus the selection of mood lighting to set the ambiance.

Electronics & Other Essentials

This beautiful Nova Family Escape caravan is equipped with a thoughtful selection of electronics to power all your essentials and entertainment needs. The system is fueled by twin 105Ah batteries, supplemented by solar and external power sources such as the Anderson plug connection to the towing vehicle. You will appreciate the RV Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity and a 24" Smart TV for endless entertainment options, particularly if you've got the kids along. Personally, I prefer the ambiance of the CD/Bluetooth sound system.

Lighting options set the perfect mood or activity, and a sophisticated power management system ensures that all these features are carefully controlled and optimized. One of the standout features is the fully accessible wiring, which makes it easy to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

The Family Escape also boasts a versatile gas/electric hot water system, providing hot water whenever needed.
