Beautiful caravan owned by one careful owner. Minimal highway kms. Used prodominatntly for working away from home, in caravan packs with ensuite sites. Toilet has never been used. Only selling as we do not require bunks as our teenage and above aged kids have decided that they are not interested in staying with us in the caravan. The van is as new except for a little satining on the awning, which should be able to be cleaned easily.
This spacious 23 ft tandem-axle van has a double bed, and 3 full size bunk beds with excellent mattresses. The bunks have never been used but mattresses have been protected by mattress protectors and bedding so they are as new. Seperate ensuite, top-load washing machine - hidden in cupboard , full-size fridge, and a good sized corner lounge with adjustable dining table, which can convert into a another bed (mattress for this not included for this). This well-designed layout offers 3 single bunks, a second dining or lounge area and bathroom, closed off to the kitchen and main bed area offering privacy.
