Seller's Comment

It was in mid 2013 that we bought our Sterling 2012 Jayco 22ft caravan from a middle aged school teacher who wanted to travel to Cairns for a long service leave holiday. After twelve months his van was on the market and we bought it in preparation for my retirement in a few year time.

In the following years we made many adjustments to the van so that we could have the choice of staying not only in a caravan park but also for free camping and being self contained. This has allowed us to enjoy the various camping styles around all of the states of Australia.

Given our age and health, we now feel it's time to move the van on for someone else to enjoy. Like most 21.65-4 models it is fitted with a slide out bed and is geared for 2 people. Hopefully my attached plan will show you a layout of the van. Please also see a photo of a list of extras that have been fitted to the van.

Brakes and wheel bearings have been serviced regularly.

As we have no intention to continue travelling by van or mobile home we are happy to include some of the non personal stuff in the van.
