22ft 6 inches. However the over all length is 9.8m (approx) as it has the extended draw bar.
We wash and polish exterior (including roof) regularly and is stored under a carport when not in use.
All standard features are as per the 2nd image.
Sleeps 4 as insert to convert club lounge to double bed include. Club lounge always been used as bed so leather has no wear or tear.
