Congratulations on the purchase of your Snowy River SRT20. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed your handover today.

Please find attached copy of your delivery checklist and warranty paperwork, for your records. Please note that we have registered your warranty on your caravan.

Please note that your first service is due at 1,000kms or 3 mths, whichever comes first. This is important to ensure your warranty remains valid.

If you have any warranty claims in the future and would like us to take care of them for you, please lodge your claim through: Caravan Warranties - Green RV This way, our warranty team can prepare quotes and submit to factory for you and will contact you once your warranty is approved and once parts arrive, we can book you in to have the warranty work complete. Alternatively, you can lodge any warranty claims through Snowy River directly, however, if you chose this option you will need to take your van to repairers to have the repairs quoted and submitted to factory.
