A great van. In prettty good condition inside. Electric/Gas hot water. Diesel Heater. Gas/electric fridge. Gas electric stove. Gas oven. Washing machine. Ensuite seperate toilet & shower. Toilet flushes & works fine but LED light on cistern doesn't work, it has been like that since I bought it & it hasn't bothered us in 4 years. Tyres in good condition. Bearings recently repacked. Has solar works well but is limited willl need an upgrade if you want to be offroad for any length of time. Split cycle aircon style working very well. I am the 3rd owner as far as I know. 2 x 80 liter water tanks plus a 3rd water tank that I have never used. Comes with 2 wheel chocks, trail-a-mate jack/jockey wheel, de flappers, custom washing line that fits to awning, caravan levellers. Has some small dents, chips & scratches. Front boot door has some surface cracks but water does not leak into boot. Also included are 2 way radios so when you don't have coverage your travelling companion can help you with reversing/parking. Excellent custom made mattress so partner isn't disturbed. Heaps of storage. Comes with caravan cover. Registered in Victoria, but we have just moved to NSW Fennel Bay 2283. You can live outside of Victoria & have a garaging address in Victoria (the rego is cheaper in Victoria only $67.00 for a year). Wiill be sad to see her go.
