Fastidiously maintained Avan Owen in excellent condition. Spotlessly clean. Large amount of storage with built in cupboards and including under bed storage. Queen size comfy bed with quilt and cover. Additional pillows provided. 12V TV included. 3 way fridge and dual 120amp hour batteries for off-grid camping. Watch the stars at night with the large sky light above the bed (there is a blind for blocking out the sun). The bathroom has a separate shower, numerous built in cupboards and separate toilet. Ibis Air conditioning is lovely and cold in summer and warm in winter. The HWS works on gas or electric to allow for off grid camping. There are LED downlights throughout and the roll out awning also has LED strip lighting. Including three privacy screens for the awning area with additional poles to enlarge the under cover area and an anti-flap kit plus ground sheet. We are including a trailermate Jack along with additional Jack, 2 long water hoses and a shorter hose, 2 sullage hoses, tie down ropes, pegs, 15amp extension cord, foldable step ladder, two 7kg gas bottles, sway lever bars, Caravan wheel lock, small folding table, various cups, plates, cutlery, kettle,toaster and floor mats. This van has full service history and information booklets supplied. It tows beautifully. We have had the van professionally raised by 100mm to raise the ground level. New wheel nuts fitted. Overall a very well cared for Van that is comfortable and easy to tow and set up. We are reluctantly selling due to health issues.
